Yes we have farm fresh eggs and we love them. It also creates a wonderful opportunity to give & share with friends and family. So far, we have happy hens that lay about 10 to 14 eggs daily. We eat a lot of eggs and rotate to cook the older first. * Always be safe and store & keep your eggs properly and never use a cracked egg - toss those out. How do we check our eggs for freshness? We use the farmer, old timers, grandparents, Ole wives tale method. :)

The water test method:
Using farm fresh eggs - fill up a glass 3/4 with water and simply place your egg in the water.
*Fresh eggs sink to the bottom of the water
*Eggs that need to be eaten now float mid glass
*Old eggs float to the top of the water and need to be tossed!
